Cancellation Policy

In the event that you will not make it and need to reschedule, I kindly ask that you give me a 24 hour notice for any cancellations so that I can fill that time slot. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, I will have to charge you 30% of that service cancellation. If you no call / no show your appointment, I will have to charge you 50% of the appointment missed. Clients that do not arrive after 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be marked as a no show and will result in cancellation.
